Responsibilities

Revolution is hiring for a Preventative Maintenance Technician position in Stuttgart, AR. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company with immediate impact potential.

• Perform routine maintenance of equipment and machinery to prevent mechanical failure, including lubing, inspecting, and cleaning.
• Identify mechanical faults that could lead to major breakdowns.
• Maintain correct fluid levels and inspect machinery according to the PM schedule.
• Inspect for wear and tear on equipment parts, such as shaft alignment and belts.
• Assist with equipment breakdowns and document work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Basic computer/tablet skills required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and crawl without restrictions.
• Exposure to noise, heat, and cold.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours during a shift.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
