Qualifikationen

• Experience as a coordinator, site manager, or supervisor in corrosion protection.
• Knowledge in industrial corrosion protection in shipbuilding or plant construction.
• German language proficiency required, English is a plus.

• Coordinate preservation and coating on-site in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and HSE regulations.

Jobbeschreibung

• Coordination of preservation / coating activities on-site in close cooperation with construction management, HSE, and contractors
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards for preservation works (e.g., blasting and coating)
• Ensuring adherence to schedules and workflows, and documenting work progress
• Supporting planning and organization of work processes and material availability
• Monitoring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations
• Acting as the interface between the client, subcontractors, and other departments
• Preparing and reviewing reports, logs, and documentation related to preservation activities
• Participating in site meetings and daily coordination with adjacent disciplines

Requirements :

• Experience as a coordinator, site manager, or supervisor in the field of corrosion protection / surface treatment / preservation
• FROSIO certification or similar qualification is an advantage
• Knowledge in industrial corrosion protection (e.g., shipbuilding, shipyards, or plant construction)
• Independent, structured work style and strong communication skills
• German language required, English is a plus
