Location: Germany / remote | Full-time | Unlimited

We have extensive expertise in advising customers on an optimal cloud strategy and increasing business success in the long term through a cloud infrastructure.

The role

1. Work in a highly specialized team responsible for design, implementation, and support of on-premises and cloud security platforms for multi-national clients.
2. Work with clients to align security management strategies with business goals, designing, deploying, and integrating cloud security solutions for critical applications and infrastructure.
3. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to enforce cloud security controls.
4. Implement multi-factor authentication & conditional access.
5. Handle support/maintenance issues, focusing on high-priority (3rd tier), working closely with clients and Microsoft Premier Support.
6. Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and design documents.
7. Improve existing processes through automation, solutions to recurring problems, and documentation enhancements.
8. Translate client needs into specific technical requirements.
9. Select appropriate solutions based on client requirements.
10. Scope projects based on business needs and benefits.
11. Prepare statements of work, price engagements, and create supporting project documentation.
12. Lead pre-sales and technical/architectural meetings with clients, including requirement gathering, internal alignment, and presenting solutions.

What we need to see from you

Technical Skills :

1. Experience in roles such as consultant, architect, implementation engineer, or Premier Field Engineer in a Microsoft environment, preferably in large international organizations.
2. Expertise in Defender for Cloud & Defender for Cloud Apps.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management (Access Management, Resource Management, Compliance, RBAC).
4. Good understanding of Cloud Security Posture Management and Workload Protection principles and technologies.
5. Familiarity with PowerShell.
6. Excellent communication skills in English for an international environment.
7. Experience with modern data center technologies in the cloud (virtualization, containers, serverless computing, databases) is a plus.
8. Passion for technology and a consulting mindset.
9. Strong presentation, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
10. Technical writing skills.
