The role

• Design, implement, and support on-premises and cloud security platforms for multinational clients.
• Align security management strategies with business goals, designing and deploying cloud security solutions for critical applications and infrastructure.
• Lead technical discussions and guide enforcement of cloud security controls.
• Deliver technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud & Defender for Cloud Apps, Multi-factor authentication, Conditional access, Azure AD Application Proxy, Defender for Identity, Windows Hello for Business, Azure AD PIM.
• Handle support and maintenance issues, focusing on high-priority (3rd tier) cases, collaborating with clients and Microsoft Premier Support.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including installation, configuration, and design documents.
• Improve processes through automation, problem-solving, and documentation enhancements.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Scope projects, prepare statements of work, and lead pre-sales and technical meetings with clients.

What we need to see from you

Technical Skills:

• Experience as a consultant, architect, or engineer in Microsoft environments, preferably in large international organizations.
• Expertise in Defender for Cloud & Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management (Access Management, Resource Management, Compliance, RBAC).
• Understanding of Cloud Security Posture Management and Workload Protection principles.
• Familiarity with PowerShell.
• English communication skills for an international environment.
• Experience with modern cloud data center technologies (virtualization, containers, serverless, databases) is a plus.

Soft skills:

• Passion for technology and a consulting mindset.
• Strong presentation, communication, and conceptualization skills.
• Decision-making, problem-solving, organization, and technical writing skills.
