About the position

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Presales Solution Manager with expertise in intralogistics and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) industry. This role combines sales, project analysis, and technical skills to deliver customized solutions, identify client needs, present value-driven solutions, and ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement and Needs Analysis
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their operational challenges and requirements.
  • Analyze client processes, onsite situations, and data to identify optimization opportunities through intralogistics and AGV solutions.
  1. Sales and Relationship Management
  • Drive sales by presenting solutions effectively and addressing objections.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the sales cycle.
  1. Solution Design and Proposal
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Provide detailed evaluations of proposed solutions, including advantages and limitations.
  • Analyze competitive solutions, including client investigation, competitor information collection, solution comparison, and bidding strategy.
  1. Presentation and Communication
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to various stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and differentiators of solutions.
  1. Collaboration and Handover
  • Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
  • Support post-sales activities to maintain client satisfaction and future opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science or engineering, with overseas study or work experience.
  • At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation, logistics integration, or intelligent manufacturing, or technical support and planning for these industries.
  • Strong business perception, negotiation skills, pressure resistance, and career ambition.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to undertake overseas long-term business trips.
