About the position

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Presales Solution Manager with expertise in intralogistics and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) industries. This role involves sales, project analysis, and technical solution delivery, focusing on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement and Needs Analysis
  • Engage with potential clients to understand operational challenges and requirements.
  • Analyze client processes, onsite situations, and data to identify optimization opportunities through intralogistics and AGV solutions.
  1. Sales and Relationship Management
  • Drive sales by presenting solutions effectively and handling client objections.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  1. Solution Design and Proposal
  • Work with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Evaluate proposed solutions, highlighting their benefits and limitations.
  • Analyze competitive solutions, including client investigation, competitor information collection, solution comparison, and bidding strategies.
  1. Presentation and Communication
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to various stakeholders, including technical teams and executives.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and differentiators of solutions.
  1. Collaboration and Handover
  • Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth project transition.
  • Support post-sales activities to maintain client satisfaction and foster future opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering; overseas study or work experience is a plus.
  • At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation, logistics integration, or intelligent manufacturing; technical support and planning experience are preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, resilience, and ambition.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to undertake long-term overseas travel.
