Position Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to work within our Pre-Sales Team.

The role involves supporting the sales team in all new business opportunities within the EV Charging domain (CPO, EMSP, Utilities, Service Providers, etc.), securing new solution sales and contracts, and liaising with other teams to present the best propositions to meet client needs. The presales manager must also be adept at communicating solution knowledge to customers and prospects through excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Candidate Profile

Ideally, candidates will have experience within the EV charging domain or in related technical fields such as Telecom, billing, or CRM. A willingness and ability to learn new technologies and business modules are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute at all stages of the Pre-Sales process, including qualifying opportunities and leads
  • Lead and coordinate demonstrations of the complete solution portfolio, including with C-level executives
  • Manage internal presales processes from opportunity to contract signing
  • Collaborate with Operations, Products, R&D, and other stakeholders
  • Act as the solution architect in key bids, driving solutions forward
  • Engage with customers, prospects, market experts, and colleagues to understand requirements and craft solutions
  • Train internal staff on solution functionalities as needed
  • Develop ROI and business case proposals for new business prospects
  • Scope technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Draft technical proposals for solutions, RFQs, RFPs, and trials
  • Communicate customer feedback to inform product improvements and roadmaps
  • Conduct training sessions for Driivz customers on product functionalities
Skills, Abilities, and Experience
  • English as a second language
  • Experience in Pre-Sales within Telecom or EV charging domains is advantageous
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills for diverse audiences
  • Background in electrical engineering is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a focus on quality service
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills to understand customer requirements and key drivers
