Position: Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (m/f/d) for the DACH Area

Locations: Munich, Berlin, Wuppertal, Wurzburg

What Your Day Will Look Like
  1. Guide and support the Enterprise Sales Team to achieve revenue goals, participating actively in deal processes.
  2. Help Sales understand the business value of our solutions and develop reusable client use cases.
  3. Conduct customer meetings and workshops at national and international levels to structure the sales process.
  4. Identify new business opportunities through discovery conversations.
  5. Respond to RFIs/RFPs strategically, designing compelling value propositions.
  6. Participate creatively in deal-making.
  7. Ensure a smooth transition to the Services team and provide feedback to Product and Development teams.
Candidate Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced and motivated professional with a positive attitude.
  • Analytical, structured problem solver, creative storyteller.
  • Deep knowledge of the Construction / AECO industry.
  • Technical expertise in SaaS solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, active listening, and questioning abilities.
  • Ability to work in cross-departmental, international teams.
  • Proven consultative approach with clients.
  • Ability to create value propositions based on platform solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, courage, risk-taking, and innovation.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Skilled in digital collaboration, data modeling, and statistical application for demos and POCs.
