Your Future Position

In the SAP Customer Success Board Area for Services Sales within EMEA, we are a Services Deal Desk unit supporting our front-line Sales team in executing Premium Engagement agreements. Our Customer Business Support team, part of a larger Field Business Support unit, comprises specialists focusing on deal support and contract creation for SAP services offerings.

Our Premium Engagement EMEA Core Team supports sales in the Deal Execution process across Europe, focusing on three main areas:

  1. Deal Support Manager
  • Triaging requests to validate and prioritize support needs
  • Providing efficient deal support by liaising with requestors to gather necessary information
  • Setting up deals and quotes in the SAP Harmony system
  • Initiating approval requests for quotes
  • Liaising with stakeholders for approvals and submitting order forms post-approval
  • Contract Specialist
    • Becoming an expert in SAP's standard Services contracting processes
    • Completing contracts using automation tools
    • Creating larger, potentially non-standard contracts with support from colleagues
    • Advising sales on contract issues, ensuring compliance with templates and rules
    • Supporting process improvements for automation and standardization
  • Projects
    • Driving automation and standardization projects to speed up contract creation
    • Collaborating with local, regional, and global teams to enhance customer experience
    • Establishing efficient cross-country support measures
    Your Profile
    • Strong self-organization skills, managing multiple deals across stages within tight timelines
    • Profound knowledge of corporate business practices and contracting regulations
    • Adherence to internal processes and procedures for approvals
    • Reliability, assertiveness, and risk awareness
    • Stress resistance and professionalism under pressure
    • Problem ownership and resolution skills
    • Effective communication of contractual issues
    • Fluency in German and English; additional languages beneficial
    • Proven experience in similar roles; sales support experience preferred
    • Experience with SAP tools like Harmony, CMS, CRM, ISP, DocuSign is advantageous
