Premium Engagement Deal Support and Contracting Specialist MEE (f/m/d)

YOUR FUTURE POSITION

Within the SAP Customer Success Board Area for Services Sales in EMEA, we are a Services Deal Desk unit supporting our front-line Sales team in executing Premium Engagement agreements with customers. Our Customer Business Support team, part of a larger Field Business Support unit, comprises in-country specialists focusing on deal support and contract creation for SAP services offerings.

The Premium Engagement EMEA Core Team supports sales teams in the Deal Execution process for Premium Engagements across Europe, focusing on:

1. Deal Support Management
2. Contract Specialist Role
3. Projects to improve automation and standardization

Deal Support Management

• Triaging requests to validate and prioritize support needs
• Providing effective deal support by liaising with requestors to gather essential information
• Setting up deals and quotes in SAP Harmony system
• Initiating approval requests for quotes
• Coordinating with stakeholders like Service Delivery, Commercial, Revenue Recognition, Legal, and Business Approvers
• Submitting order forms to customers or opportunity owners for signature via DocuSign after approvals

Contract Specialist

• Becoming an expert in SAP's standard Services contracting processes for Premium Engagement Offers
• Using automation tools to complete contracts
• Creating larger, potentially non-standard customer contracts with support from other specialists
• Advising sales on contract review issues, ensuring compliance with templates and rules
• Supporting process improvement initiatives for contract creation and execution

Projects

• Leading initiatives to automate and standardize contract processes
• Collaborating across regions to enhance customer experience
• Establishing efficient cross-country support measures

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong self-organization skills to manage multiple deals simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Profound knowledge of corporate business practices and contracting regulations
• Commitment to internal processes, approvals, and compliance
• Reliability, assertiveness, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under stress, prioritize, and communicate clearly
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
• Proven experience in similar roles, preferably within sales or deal support functions
• Experience with SAP tools like Harmony, CMS, CRM, ISP, DocuSign is advantageous
