As a PreMaster in our international team, you will demonstrate passion, energy, and commitment to defining, developing, and innovating sustainability initiatives. Your main responsibilities include supporting the sustainability team in developing strategies and goals, contributing to digitalization efforts for transparency in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and waste and water management, sharing best practices within the team, preparing for sustainability steering committee meetings, and supporting communication and awareness campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering with a focus on environmental protection or sustainability, with above-average results and an intention to pursue a Master’s degree.
• Personality: Communicative, supportive, with an analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.
• Work Practice: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, initiative, responsibility, and the ability to organize tasks independently in an international and intercultural environment.
• Experience and Knowledge: Some experience in sustainability, especially environmental protection, is preferred.
• Enthusiasm: Personal interest and passion for corporate social and ecological responsibility.
• Languages: Very good English and German skills.
