Responsibilities

• As a PreMaster in our international team, you will demonstrate passion, energy, and commitment to define, develop, and innovate sustainability.
• Support the sustainability team in further development of sustainability strategies and goals.
• Contribute to digitalization and further development of tools to improve transparency in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and waste- and water consumption.
• Share best practices and drive exchange within the team.
• Prepare sustainability steering committee meetings and support communication and awareness campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed university degree (Bachelor) in the area of sciences or engineering with a focus on environmental protection or sustainability. You have obtained above-average results and intend to pursue a Master's course thereafter.
• Personality: Communicative and supportive with an analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills.
• Working Practice: Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Personal initiative and a high level of commitment with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to organize tasks independently and communicate in an international environment across different cultures.
• Experience and Knowledge: Ideally, you have first experiences in sustainability, especially environmental protection.
• Enthusiasm: Strong personal interest in corporate social and ecological responsibility. Intrinsic motivation and passion for sustainability topics are evident in your daily life.
• Languages: Very good English and German.
