Job Description:

Full-time

Company Description

At Bosch, we shape the future by inventing high-quality technologies and services that spark enthusiasm and enrich people’s lives. Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other. Join in and feel the difference.

The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!

Job Description
  • As part of the PreMaster program, you know how to inspire others with your creative ideas - in your own special projects, you work with the team to optimize the processes in Project Management Purchasing through digitalization and introduction of new tools. You then implement these solutions within our purchasing organization.
  • In addition, you support our Purchasing Project Management team and independently take responsibility for components from suppliers.
  • Thanks to your open and communicative nature, you easily strengthen collaboration within global teams. During your company phase, you will gain insight into Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Commercial Procurement, and Digitalization.
Qualifications
  • Education: you will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Economics or similar — ideally with a specialization in digitalization; with above-average results and you will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter
  • Experience and Knowledge: excellent proficiency in MS Office; first practical experience in digitalization, purchasing, or manufacturing (e.g., through internships or working student jobs) is a plus
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are quick to grasp complex topics and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, you are result-oriented, keep an eye on the bigger picture, and act with strategic foresight in the interest of the project
  • Enthusiasm: you are very interested in continuing to develop yourself and have an affinity for IT
  • Work Routine: you can work hybrid with us - we meet in the office two to three times a week
  • Languages: very good English, German is advantageous
