Job Description:

We are seeking a Preferred Products / Services Engineer (m/w/d) for our Customer Service Administration department to start as soon as possible.

Service Management:

• Monitoring and coordinating incoming emails in shared mailboxes
• Creating, processing, and tracking service reports
• Preparing and sending safety-related reports and documents
• Scheduling appointments with customers

Offer Management:

• Technical and commercial review of customer inquiries and contracts
• Creating and processing offers
• Supporting the preparation of offers with relevant departments
• Documenting and sending offers

Order Processing:

• Analyzing and reviewing orders technically and commercially
• Creating, managing, and prioritizing orders
• Coordinating spare parts, inventory checks, and document control
• Preparing order confirmations, delivery notes, credit notes, and handling returns

Additional Tasks:

• Handling global inquiries
• Supporting phone and digital backup
• Maintaining master data and user management
• Interface communication and support

Requirements:

• Completed technical or commercial training, preferably with experience in service environments
• Proficient with digital tools and experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation
• Teamwork and willingness to collaborate across departments
• Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
