Role summary:

Flowserve is seeking a Precision Assembler (M/F/T) at the Ettlingen site. The role involves preparing assembly work, creating devices and templates for part production, and installing multi-layered assembly scopes based on drawings, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Adjusting and calibrating positioners.
  2. Reconstructing and modifying PMV products.
  3. Determining and executing piping according to function plans (automation).
  4. Wiring solenoid valves and limit switches.
  5. Preparing electrical components (e.g., limit switches) according to specifications.
  6. Performing intermediate inspections, such as leak tests.
  7. Assembling individual devices based on sketches, drawings, or circuit diagrams.
  8. Installing various assemblies, products, and units with complex contents, including creating special or initial assemblies.
  9. Diagnosing and resolving specific malfunctions.
  10. Using test instructions to verify functionality, quality, and completeness of assemblies.
  11. Identifying and correcting defects in assemblies, such as tolerance deviations, outages, incorrect parts, or leaks.
  12. Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed or planned.
