How you will make an impact
As our Solutions Engineer, you will consult development teams at leading global brands looking to adopt Hygraph. You will work closely with our Senior Account Executives, Head of Global Sales, and post-sales team to win new enterprise customers. Your role involves guiding CTOs, Software Engineers, and content teams on the optimal use of Hygraph in their projects. You will report directly to our Head of Global Sales. Your prior experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Software Developer will help shape the future of our rapidly growing company.
This is NOT a Software Developer position, but rather Sales, with a Software Developer background. Hence, you will be part of the Sales Team.
Our Sales team focuses on generating new revenues by prospecting, qualifying, consulting, and signing new mid-market and enterprise-grade customers across industries and regions. We aim for product adoption with an enterprise offering, empowering developers and editorial teams to build with a modern stack.
