As a Solution Consultant for Syncron's Service Lifecycle Management Platform, you will be part of an EMEA-wide Solution Consulting Group, responsible for working independently and teaming with Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Product Managers to retain and grow our customer base.
As a trusted advisor, you will drive an exceptional experience and position the value of the Syncron platform. You’ll be responsible for gathering customer requirements, mapping solutions to their business needs, presenting Syncron’s products, configuring tailored demos, and executing PoC initiatives.
