A leading technology company is seeking a customer advocate within CX to focus on security services and solutions. This role involves shaping new business opportunities through consultative selling and leading pre-sales architecture activities. Candidates should possess strong experience in security markets and complex solution marketing, alongside an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Proficiency in German and a technical certification are preferred.
This position offers an outstanding opportunity to join a team within CX as the customer advocate to represent the services aspect of the overall Cisco solution on large and transformational opportunities. This position will primarily concentrate on Security services and solutions.
In close partnership with sales, you will use your outstanding professional services, consultative selling, and technology expertise to own the shaping of new business opportunities and designing tailored service solutions. Complementing our products, playing a vital role by crafting the best value service mix and outcomes for our customers.
Your Impact
In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions; including working with Sales team, CX CTO and our Deal Acceleration Team to progress opportunities to closure with minimal friction. You will work with internal / external partners, including ecosystem partners, to help ensure comprehensive and scalable technology implementations can be realized!
