Support Sales Team in B2B Projects
- Assist in requirement analysis, network and system design, product selection, and operational advising.
- Monitor project progress closely to ensure high success rates.
- Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues.
- Influence, persuade, and negotiate with customer staff through onsite and online trainings and meetings.
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
- Manage the portfolio throughout the product lifecycle of surveillance products.
- Prepare and present strategic decision documents based on market data, competitor analysis, SWOT, target segments, KPIs, product profitability, and business case calculations.
- Conduct demos and presentations at trade fairs, exhibitions, workshops, and partner meetings.
- Monitor market trends and prepare strategic reports for product and sales strategies.
Collaboration and Promotion
- Develop strong working relationships with partner departments for effective customer response.
- Collaborate with marketing for product promotion across various platforms.
Your Profile
- Background in computer science or security systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in networking or CCTV sectors.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and German.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within Germany to B2B customer locations.
