Your Impact and Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at LOGEX, you will be critical of our sales efforts, and report directly to the Sales Director. You will work closely with the sales team to provide technical and product support, ensuring that tailored solutions are presented to meet client needs. This involves anticipating and understanding customer requirements, showcasing LOGEX’s suite of products and services, and demonstrating how our solutions address client challenges while delivering tangible value. We are seeking candidates for this role across key locations, providing flexibility and opportunities for talented individuals in multiple regions. This ensures a diverse team that can effectively support our global sales efforts.

  • Client Engagement : You will collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and customize solutions accordingly. Your role will include developing a compelling value proposition that addresses the customer’s key business drivers and risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops, and providing detailed responses to client inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Solution Design : You will design and deliver tailored value propositions, develop deal timelines, and manage the resources needed to ensure the proposal team meets all milestones and deadlines. Creating detailed product specifications and integration plans will also be part of your responsibility, as well as contributing to tender responses and technical documentation.
  • Sales Support : You will assist the sales team by supporting strategy development and identifying new opportunities. Working closely with account managers, you will ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales and help negotiate contracts, ensuring that technical and functional specifications are accurately reflected.
  • Collaboration and Communication : In this role, you will work closely with the product and technology teams, relaying customer feedback and suggesting improvements. You will also collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and provide training to the sales team on technical details and product features.
  • Relationship Management : As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will lead client meetings and provide ongoing technical support. Your goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction, addressing any issues that may arise during the pre-sales process and ensuring a positive client experience.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical support, or sales engineering, especially in healthcare / welfare financial and patient outcome analytics.
  • Expertise in digital transformation within healthcare, focusing on hospitals or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM, GenAI, and sales tools.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, proactive, and up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Fluent in German and English
