YOUR TASKS:

• Plan and implement training
• Create engaging teaching and learning experiences
• Maintain close communication with schools and cooperation partners
• Organize exciting trainee events and projects
• Discuss new ideas at Practice Instructor meetings

YOUR PROFILE:

• Ability to motivate and support trainees
• Convey methods of self-learning
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
• Intercultural competence
• Completed training in elderly care, health and nursing, or pediatric nursing with at least one year of professional experience
• Additional qualification as a Practice Instructor and ongoing annual training since then
