Position: Practice Instructor

YOUR TASKS:

• Plan and implement training programs
• Create engaging teaching and learning experiences
• Maintain close contact with schools and cooperation partners
• Organize exciting trainee events and projects
• Discuss new ideas at practice instructor meetings

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training in elderly, health, or pediatric nursing with at least 2 years of professional experience
• Additional qualification in pedagogics for practice instruction and ongoing mandatory training
• Ability to inspire and support trainees, and teach self-learning methods
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
• Intercultural competence
