Qualifikationen

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training in elderly care, health and nursing, or health and pediatric nursing with at least one year of professional experience
• Additional qualification as a practice instructor and ongoing annual mandatory training since then
• Ability to inspire and support apprentices and teach methods of self-learning
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
• Intercultural competence
