Internship Opportunity

Join our team in Bad Homburg near Frankfurt am Main for a 6-month internship in Source-to-Pay / Procurement & Automation, starting as soon as possible.

What You Will Do

1. Support the S2P process across departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Medical, etc.).
2. Lead and implement automation projects using tools like Power Automate and Ariba.
3. Assist with tenders and help find suitable suppliers.
4. Create storytelling and presentation materials for management meetings.
5. Help optimize our supplier base.
6. Work independently on your projects.
7. Generate reports on expenses using SAP-based systems.
8. Support contract creation and management.
9. Learn and grow your skills daily with our support.
10. Assist with administrative tasks.

What We Expect from You

• Currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
• Practical experience in S2P, consulting, or internal controlling is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Interest in learning Power Automate, Power BI, and Ariba.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and independent working style.
• Fluent in German and English.
