Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in kundenorientierten Rollen oder im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich.

Aufgaben

• Übernahme des gesamten Leasingprozesses vom Marketing bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

As our Marketing & Leasing Manager (m/f/d), you own occupancy: you fill our units, build demand, and close tenants. Sales Manager

• You take full ownership of the leasing process for our portfolio, from initial marketing to the final contract, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• You create and manage targeted marketing campaigns for available apartments across all relevant online portals and channels.
• You guide prospective tenants through the entire journey – from the first inquiry and viewings to the contract signing – supported by modern, AI‑assisted tools.
• You continuously monitor your leasing performance, analyze key metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and optimize our conversion funnel.
• You work in close partnership with the founders to strategically refine and scale our leasing operations as the company grows.

What you bring

• You're highly motivated and driven by results – you like owning a number and hitting it.
• Ideally some experience in marketing, sales, leasing, or customer‑facing roles (real estate is a plus, not a must).
• You communicate clearly and confidently, in both English and German.
• You're organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling several deals at once.
• You're hands‑on and pragmatic – you'd rather solve things today than schedule them for next week.
• You're comfortable with modern tools and open to using AI to work faster.
