The Position

Ihre Abteilung

The Operational Excellence department is responsible for designing, supporting, and developing the Lean production system in Diagnostics Operations Mannheim. This includes the locations Mannheim and Penzberg with about 1,400 employees in production. Together with our partners in operational units, we continuously work on improving as a department through the application of Lean methods and creative "out-of-the-box" ideas.

Your Tasks

1. Actively work on optimizing our production processes
2. Have the opportunity to plan and implement your own projects

Your Profile

You are a registered student (m/w/d) in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or comparable master's programs or are in a gap year. With your perspective, you want to actively shape efficiency in production. Your strengths include:

• Enjoy engaging with people and working with a team to develop concepts
• Open to new ideas and good communication skills
• Ability to combine different goals and wishes to find suitable solutions
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs/Slides)
• Creative and eager to implement your ideas
• Self-organized with a structured approach to your workday
• Interest in working in an operational environment and exploring interdisciplinary topics
• Some experience in project implementation
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing
