Position Title: Industry Principal - Infrastructure Management - Europe

Location: Germany: Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Hamburg

Full Time Permanent

Compensation: Base Salary + 30% Variable Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Job Description

• Extensive experience in Network Practice – IT infrastructure domain with a focus on Network Transformation projects within the EU region.
• Strong skills in network & network security understanding.
• Ability to lead a global team of Network professionals across geographies to manage solutions, proposals, innovations, and business growth.
• Experience in articulating & presenting technical concepts and business value propositions confidently.
• Proven ability to work in a multifaceted work culture, managing complex technical integrations with local and international partners.

Primary Skills

• Business growth through establishing practice revenue & size, and SMART Networking solutions.
• Developing competitive network solutions covering all network technologies & security aspects.
• Collaborating with alliances and other teams for seamless migration frameworks aligned with client polycloud management solutions.
• Presenting & defending solutions with a compelling value proposition.
• Supporting/Leading the Network solutions team for transformation and managed services.
• Innovating with emerging technologies like 5G, AI (Infra/network for AI).
• Creating visibility & awareness of practice within cloud infrastructure services and the wider ecosystem.
• Collaborating with alliances and partners to foster innovation & growth.
• Maintaining high relations with analysts from key research organizations.
• Providing technical support for Network Transformation projects and escalations in Managed Services/Operations.
