What you can expect from us:
- They supervise trainees in their day-to-day work and teach them all relevant skills and techniques in the field of technical insulation - from material processing to professional insulation.
- They design and organize targeted instruction sequences in accordance with the training framework plan and ensure a meaningful link between theory and practice.
- They monitor the progress of the training, provide regular constructive feedback and carry out assessments in order to specifically promote the development of the trainees.
- They are in close contact with vocational schools, training officers and other partners to ensure a smooth and coordinated training process.
- You actively contribute your experience to the further development of our training concept and support trainees specifically in preparing for practical examinations.
What you bring with you:
- At best, you have successfully completed training as an industrial insulator, heat/cold/sound insulator or in a comparable trade.
- You have successfully completed the trainer aptitude test (AEVO) or have a comparable qualification to instruct trainees.
- You have practical experience in the field of technical insulation and know the industry-specific requirements from your day-to-day work.
- You enjoy working with young people, are able to impart knowledge patiently and comprehensibly, and are responsible and motivating.
- They are familiar with relevant occupational health and safety regulations and document training content and progress reliably and comprehensibly.
