Qualifikationen

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a B2B Tech PR Senior Account Manager with 6 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally in the Tech industry. You will be trusted to manage a team and ensure the implementation of the communications programme runs smoothly. Reporting into an Associate Director or a Director, you will be expected to be the best support and leader for your team while helping your clients reach their objectives! Daily, you will put forward your consulting skills and advise on:

  • the smartest strategy to implement
  • the strongest messages to share
  • the inevitable trends to investigate
  • the best audiences to target
  • the most relevant channels to convey the key messages
  • the most efficient way to create, maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders

Your knowledge of the Tech B2B market, of media, as well as your existing and ever-developing network, will be your strongest assets to be one of your clients’ most trusted advisors.

The core tasks you would be trusted with include:

  • Team management & activity planning
  • Client relationship management
  • Tactical strategy on integrated comms and/or PR programmes
  • Content creation, localisation, proofreading and distribution
  • Media and/or influencer relations
  • Event management
  • Press and trends monitoring
  • Budget tracking
  • Support on new business activities (helping the agency win new clients)

Are you the ideal match for us?

  • You have a solid professional experience in PR but have also developed skills in other areas like influencer marketing, digital/social media, design, etc.
  • You have worked in a PR or comms agency.
  • You are strongly interested in Tech topics and would be happy to talk all things Tech every day at work.
  • You have worked or want to work in an international environment. You are very comfortable interacting in English at a professional level (both written and spoken) and you have also the highest mastery of the German language (both written and spoken).
  • You have already managed a team or are looking forward to learning how to.
  • You are curious by nature, ask a lot of questions and like to stay connected to the news.
  • You have an eye for detail and people describe you as organized.
  • You enjoy working with a team.
  • You are proactive and ambitious.
  • You understand that treating people with respect at all times is not an option.
