The ParshipMeet Group has an exciting opportunity to join our company as a PR Manager for eharmony. In this position you are responsible for leading all the day-to-day PR execution – developing and driving our communications strategy, managing agency partners, and shaping how our brand shows up in the world. The PR Manager partners closely with internal teams and external agencies to build momentum, manage reputation, and drive earned media that reflects our brand vision and values.This role will understand how media, culture, and consumer behavior intersect and use that insight to craft PR strategies that meet the moment and move the brand forward.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop, lead, and execute eharmony’s global PR strategy across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia
  • Drive consistent, creative media coverage by supporting key campaigns, launches, and brand moments, and finding fresh storytelling opportunities in the absence of hard news
  • Oversee day-to-day agency relationships and output, ensuring performance is aligned with KPIs, key opportunities are surfaced, and deliverables are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for PR execution and media inquiries, ensuring messaging reflects the brand’s voice, values, and vision
  • Write and edit media materials including press releases, talking points, FAQs, and briefing documents
  • Partner with internal teams (T+S, Customer Care, Legal, Executive) to develop and review reactive statements and crisis communications as needed
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor news, and cultural moments to identify potential PR opportunities and risks
  • Present regular coverage recaps, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with third-party spokespeople, including brainstorming thought leadership angles with agency partners
The right candidate will have the following minimum requirements and skills:
  • High School Diploma and 5+ years of PR or communications experience, ideally with consumer-facing brands
  • Strong writing and messaging instincts with a sharp eye for media opportunities and brand storytelling.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and calm under pressure.
  • A knack for finding angles, trends, and cultural conversations that create press-worthy moments—even without major product news.
  • Comfort navigating executive and cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Strong computer skills including new software
Preferred Qualifications and skills:
  • Proven ability to lead multi-market strategies and agency relationships
  • Ability to interact with colleagues across multiple sites
