PPC Manager

Performance Marketing Team

The Performance Marketing team is responsible for the direct marketing channels SEA, paid social, affiliate, programmatic, and SEO. This team plays a key role in our growth strategy and continuously contributes to new customer acquisition. Our goal is to raise awareness of our products and convince potential customers of AGILA along the funnel. We aim to support all dog and cat owners in keeping their pets healthy.

Tasks

We're looking for a highly analytical and results-driven PPC Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital ad networks. As a vital member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for maximizing ROI through data-driven planning, testing, execution, and reporting. Your deep understanding of paid media channels, campaign setup, and optimization will drive performance across our paid marketing channels. Specifically:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social and display campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Support paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Bing, in collaboration with our Online Marketing Manager.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while achieving key performance indicators such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to refine campaign strategies.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and make proactive, data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage relationships with agencies or vendors, ensuring alignment on strategy and performance goals.
  • Develop internal reporting tools to support campaign managers in delivering comprehensive reports.

Profile

  • At least 3 years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proven success managing large-scale campaigns with significant monthly ad spends.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Google Ads certification is a strong plus.
