Summary Statement

The Data Insights & Advanced Analytics team within Global IT is the central Data & Analytics partner of the global Ottobock business. We love data and see ourselves as enablers, providing infrastructure, data engineering, and analytics to support the company's success.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the development of governance guidelines for the Power BI environment.
• Create Power BI reports and support migration from other BI tools.
• Assist in the administration of the Power BI environment, including configuring security settings and user access.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and privacy.
• Support users with implementation questions and provide best practice consultations for report design and development.
• Monitor the Power BI Digital Community for updates and best practices.
• Identify enterprise needs related to Power BI, such as gateways, connectors, and common user issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Power BI report designer.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience as a Power BI Global Admin is a plus.
• Experience with PowerShell and Power BI Rest API is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud environments is preferred.
• Experience with SAP BW is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in an open-minded, collaborative team environment.
