Postdoc in Organizational Behavior (f/m/x)

Corporate Development Department

We are one of the largest and oldest universities in Europe and one of the most important employers in our region. The Corporate Development department focuses its research and teaching on the management, strategy and design of organizations. Central areas of the department are entrepreneurship, organization, human resources, strategy, and business ethics.

YOUR TASKS

  • design, implement, present and publish high-quality research in the area of OB (focus: diversity & inclusion, work relationships)
  • teach OB topics, provide teaching support, supervise theses (4 SWS)
  • build and maintain an organizational network for field research (experiments)

YOUR PROFILE

  • (soon to be) completed PhD/doctorate in psychology, business administration, economics, or a related social sciences discipline (education/degree in psychology is a plus)
  • scientific curiosity and collaborative orientation
  • expertise in research design (e.g. (field) experiments) and advanced statistics (e.g. multilevel modelling)
  • interest in applied work / working with organizations
  • high level of proficiency in English (German is a plus but NOT required)
