Our Merchant Services team is central to Wolt’s success, ensuring our merchants have a seamless experience. We are looking for a team member for our new Post Activation department, which focuses on supporting newly onboarded restaurants to perform well through equipment training, order acceptance guidance, and innovative support strategies.

What you’ll be doing
  • Analyze partner performance data and act on KPIs to improve performance.
  • Monitor workflows related to partner performance improvement and track progress using Monday.com.
  • Visit new restaurant partners and provide in-person training on hardware and app usage.
  • Proactively communicate with partners to resolve issues via written and verbal channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clearly formulating requests and tasks.
  • Enhance approaches to partner and vendor communication, coaching, and training.
