Our Merchant Services team is central to Wolt, ensuring that our merchants succeed by providing seamless support. We are currently establishing a new Post Activation department to support newly onboarded restaurants, helping them perform well through equipment training, order acceptance guidance, and innovative support strategies.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyze partner performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor workflows related to partner performance in Monday.com.
• Provide in-person training to new restaurant partners on hardware and app usage.
• Proactively communicate with partners to resolve issues via written and verbal channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly formulate requests and tasks.
• Enhance partner and vendor communication, coaching, and training approaches.
