Your responsibilities

Leveraging energy market expertise to inform asset transformation strategy:

1. Provide deep market expertise in transformative growth areas (e.g., H2, flex, RES).
2. Translate Uniper’s core market beliefs into ideas for portfolio transformation (business cases, hunting schemes).
3. Analyze current and future asset base, assess new business options, and integrate technical, commercial, and regulatory drivers.
4. Support in defining strategic guardrails for major business and project cases.

Project management:

1. Support execution of complex projects, involving stakeholder groups across the company.
2. Collaborate with sites and other functions like Asset Operations, Business Controlling, etc.
3. Work with external consultants and stakeholders.
4. Align critical assumptions and present results across reporting lines.

Your profile

1. Interest and some experience in energy markets, especially in growth areas like H2, flex, RES.
2. Understanding of energy market dynamics in core markets (DE, UK, NL, SW, HU, IT, FR) and drivers like regulation.
3. Degree in engineering, economics, social or natural sciences.
4. Strong analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial thinking.
5. Interest in developing project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
6. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
7. 1-5 years of relevant experience.
