Qualifikationen

• Berufserfahrung in der Hotelbranche erforderlich.
• Positives Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

Your responsibilities

• Carrying out internal and external errands and forwarding guest mail
• Receiving luggage on arrival and departure of guests
• Accompanying guests to their room, including introducing them to the hotel
• Shuttle trips and transfers if required
• Supporting the reception staff with general reception activities

• Professional experience in the hotel industry
• Experience in the field of technology is desirable

• A class B driving licence
• You have the authorisation and licence to transport guests
