Cross border Talents is hiring a Polish & German-Speaking Action Coordinator to join our international client in Ghent, Belgium. You will liaise between customers, drivers and dealers to resolve breakdowns quickly while maintaining vehicle uptime.

The role is hybrid with onsite training. You'll communicate in multiple languages, adapt to a rotating shift, and benefit from meal vouchers, transportation assistance and wellbeing support.

For this position, one (either number 1 or number 2) of the following language combinations is required:

1. Highly proficient in English with at least two of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, German. Other Eastern European languages are considered a plus

2. Highly proficient in English with the knowledge of French, German and Dutch(all four languages)
