Podcast Host & Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a socially savvy, dynamic individual to represent our brand at networking events, build relationships, and connect us with like-minded professionals in tech, marketing, and HR. If you’re a natural connector, a social butterfly, and have a flair for creating engaging content, this is the role for you!

As our Community & Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion into the German market. You’ll meet with top decision-makers, attend vibrant meetups, and create content that amplifies our mission. You’ll also represent our brand across platforms, tapping into networks on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive awareness and new client relationships.

This isn’t a typical sales/marketing role. You’ll be a key cultural ambassador, helping us establish a human connection with potential clients while advocating for global talent in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement & Outreach:

    • Attending and contributing to meet ups in Berlin and beyond, focusing on HR, marketing, and tech communities.

    • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, content creators, and influencers in our target sectors, primarily CEOs, CMOs, and other top executives.

    • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and social gatherings to grow our presence.

  2. Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging social media content to showcase The Global Talent Co.’s mission, values, and success stories.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify our brand’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

    • Hosting our Tech and Marketing Podcast based in Berlin

  3. Business Development:

    • Connect with leads via warm introductions, leveraging our extended network, including the founders’ connections.

    • Promote our unique Talent-as-a-Service model, addressing the needs of tech companies looking to hire top global marketing talent at competitive rates.

    • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and talent.

    • Develop a strategic sales approach, addressing client needs by presenting our value proposition: connecting them with exceptional global marketing talent that aligns with their brand, at a fraction of local hiring costs.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and Social: A natural people person who thrives at meetups, loves networking, and enjoys connecting with others.

  • Digital Native: Proficient in creating content for social media, especially TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Fluent Communicator: Strong English language skills (German is a big plus).

  • Creative Storyteller: Someone who can craft compelling narratives about our mission and value.

  • Interested in HR and Tech: Bonus points if you’re passionate about hiring trends and the future of work.

  • Proven experience in software sales, ideally in HR or marketing solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset. Actively seeking and seizing opportunities to offer our services and build lasting client relationships
