A Snapshot of Your Day

As PMO-Support, your responsibilities will include planning and organizing business trips, preparing meeting briefing documents, action item tracking, and facilitating management workshops and meetings. You will ensure that all aspects of meetings and events run smoothly, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the Executive Assistant of the Executive Vice President.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Assist in planning business trips for the Executive Vice President, including logistics, briefings, agendas, and post-travel documentation (expenses).
  • Prepare meeting documents and agendas for management meetings and workshops, ensuring accuracy and follow-up.
  • Manage logistics for meetings and workshops, including hotel and restaurant arrangements.
  • Track actions and consolidate information for reviews and meetings, ensuring timely availability of materials.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and support as needed, demonstrating flexibility.

What You Bring

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, plus professional experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably at upper management level.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with administrative tools.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany; intercultural experience is a plus.
