Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Germany seeks a PMO Manager Combat Air Systems Engineers to join on-site teams in Manching and other sites. The role covers PMO support for complex Combat Air programmes, risk management, planning and reporting, and governance across lifecycle.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, lead schedule and risk analyses (Monte Carlo), deliver KPIs, and support stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Knowledge of PMO, Risk Management, Project Scheduling, Performance Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Change Control.

Responsabilidades

• Programme & Project Management: PMO support for complex Combat Air programmes (e.g., Eurofighter).
• Risk & Opportunity Management: Lead risk analysis, mitigation plans, and opportunity tracking across the full lifecycle.
• Planning & Scheduling: Manage project schedules, schedule risk assessments, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Performance & Reporting: Monitor project performance, provide KPIs, reporting, and decision-support data.
• Stakeholder & Governance: Ensure effective stakeholder management, communication, and maturity gate reviews.
• Scope, Cost & Change Control: Integrate requirements, resources, costs, and manage configuration and change processes.

What We’re Looking For
