Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a driven Project Coordinator/PMO professional to oversee multiple launches from kickoff to delivery. You will maintain a portfolio-wide view, coordinate governance, and align timelines with Launch Managers to ensure on-time success.

You will interface with client teams, manage cadence and reporting, and own tools and documentation. Proactive, structured, and bilingual German-English capabilities are essential to drive mature PMO processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in project coordination, PMO or project management, ideally in fintech, financial services or consulting (onboarding or integration projects a strong plus).
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills; comfortable keeping many parallel workstreams on track simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp or similar) and disciplined document and knowledge management.
• A structured, proactive approach: you anticipate what each project needs next and prepare it before it is requested.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; confident coordinating directly with client-side project teams and reporting to senior management.
• A client-first mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude to getting things done.
• Fluent German is required, alongside professional proficiency in English.

• Capture lessons learned across launches and projects and turn them into a standardized, repeatable playbook the whole team can rely on.
• Leverage available AI tooling and drive further integration and automation of AI into PMO tasks — from reporting and documentation to project tracking.
