Your Tasks

1. Planning and implementation / management of work packages with the assigned project teams
2. Independent implementation of divisional special topics, projects and overarching tasks
3. Organizing internal processes and cross-departmental and cross-divisional processes efficiently
4. Ensuring the defined project management methods / standards, as well as monitoring and reporting on project progress in the leadership team
5. Organization, control and management of events - internal / external
6. Organizing and preparing documents and evaluations for division management
7. Supporting and planning strategic divisional development

Your Profile

1. Completed university degree (engineering, business administration, humanities)
2. Several years of experience in the implementation of complex projects
3. Extensive experience in change management processes
4. Experience in creating presentations at board level
5. Independent and analytical way of working
6. Good presentation skills and strong communication skills
7. Confident and convincing appearance
8. Business fluent German and English skills
