PMO Coordinator - Dublin, Ireland - 12 Months Contract

Our client, a globally recognised pioneer in Biotechnology, are recruiting for the position of PMO Coordinator. A leader in the industry, our client focuses on areas of high unmet medical need and leverages its expertise to strive for solutions. Responsibilities include:
  1. Support project initiation and tracking through the full project lifecycle
  2. Provide project coordination and administrative support
  3. Provide project reports and updates and support project schedule management
  4. Ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  1. Experience within a similar role
  2. Pharmaceutical / Biotech project support experience
  3. Experience supporting a complex portfolio of projects
  4. Strong project administration, coordination and doc control experience
  5. Competent using various Project Management tools (MS Office, SmartSheet etc)
  6. Reliable and able to manage own workload and work independently as well as with a team
  7. Great communication skills
