Job summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the delivery of exceptional client projects. This isn't traditional agency project management. It's sharper, faster, and more dynamic than that. We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in that environment, someone who loves the daily puzzle of keeping complex, shifting work on track and finds deep satisfaction in execution done well.

You bring strong project management fundamentals, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will report to the VP, Projects and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Own daily scheduling, coordination, and tracking across a high volume of studio projects
• Keep projects moving through internal workflows using Hive, ZFlow, and Slack

• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools; familiarity with Hive, ZFlow, and Slack is a strong plus.
