Job Title: PLM Oracle Agile Expert (f/m/d)

Location: Germany, Bayern, Erlangen; also in Berlin, Dresden, Munich; Hybrid remote/office work available.

Role Overview

As a PLM Oracle Agile Expert, you will support the digital transformation in transformer engineering and manufacturing by defining, supporting, and standardizing CAD/CAE/PDM and PLM solutions within a global team. Your work ensures efficient, sustainable, and secure engineering processes aligned with Siemens Energy standards, contributing to the company's competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Power Transformer Engineering Design business globally, improving CAD/CAE/PLM and ERP solutions.
2. Collaborate internationally with teams and partners in system development, operation, and support.
3. Define business requirements, develop specifications, and manage project schedules and resources.
4. Coordinate software specification, development, release, and operational processes.
5. Analyze and estimate business/user requirements, design solutions.
6. Define and maintain PLM software components for in-house and site operations, providing user support.
7. Improve development methods in a multicultural, agile environment.
8. Contribute to the digitalization and sustainability goals of Siemens Energy’s transformer business.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or engineering, focusing on IT CAD/CAE, PLM, and ERP systems.
2. Extensive experience as an Administrator and/or Project Manager in 3D CAD/CAE and PLM systems (ProE, Creo, NX, Oracle CADIM/Agile, Windchill, Teamcenter).
3. Knowledge of software support and development in mechanical design for transformers, with experience in Creo, PDMLink, Oracle CADIM/Agile, or Teamcenter.
4. Profound understanding of CAD/PDM/PLM system architecture, design, and interface development.
5. Familiarity with Siemens Energy IT architecture processes.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, willing to travel internationally.
