Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA) seeks a driven PLM Administrator to join our special-projects rocketry team. You will implement and maintain PDM/PLM tools, manage data standards, and support engineers with BOM releases while optimizing processes to reduce cost and improve reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PLM/PDM, deep Siemens Teamcenter (ActiveWorkspace) and NX experience, plus CAD policy adoption and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience with product lifecycle and PDM and related systems.
• Siemens Teamcenter with ActiveWorkspace knowledge and NX integration.
• Experience implementing CAD policies across the organization.
• Setting up and maintaining PLM server architecture.
• NXOpen VB.Net knowledge is a plus.
• NX or other 3D CAD experience.
• Business fluent English (oral and written).
• Strong time management and teamwork.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cost and risk awareness with a solution-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Be responsible for the development, implementation, optimization and maintenance of PDM/PLM tools and databases to improve productivity.
• Support engineers by maintaining product design documentation, including BOM releases and data standardization.
• Implement standards and customizations; analyze and optimize process to maximize safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Submit documentation for review and ensure prototype parts procurement meets engineering requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering on configuration management and design standards requirements.
• Oversee the release of PLM/PDM lifecycle and documents like drawings, reports, BOMs or datasheets.
• Support designers in designing, verifying and reviewing digital models.

About the Team

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and experienced PLM Administrator(f/m/d) to join our special-projectsrocketry team .Participate and improveourdemanding prototyping effortsby implementing and organizing our PLM software. You will work in a dedicated,dynamicand international environment that aims for excellence by creating high-performance engineering solutions while keeping prototyping and production costs at an absolute minimum.

Your Tasks

Your Qualifications

• Master'sorbachelor’sdegree inEngineeringorequivalentwithexperience in engineering/productionanadvantage
• 5+yearsexperiencewithproduct lifecycle and product data management and relevantsystems and technologies
• Highdegreeofknowledgeandexperiencein thearchitectureandconfigurationof Siemens TeamcenterwithActiveWorkspace andintegrationwithSiemens NX
• Experience driving adoption of CAD policies and procedures across the organization
• Experienceinsetting up andmaintainingbusiness level PLM server architecture
• Understanding of custom command creation inside NX ( NXOpenwithVB.Net ) are considered as a plus
• Design experience with structural components using NX or another 3D CAD software an advantage
• Business fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
• Strong time management,team player attitude andself-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Costand riskawareness and solution-oriented way of working
