Enfint ищет инженера платформы/DevSecOps для проектирования, автоматизации и эксплуатации AI-платформ на Kubernetes с использованием IaC и GitOps. Вы будете настраивать LLM-инференс, RAG-пайплайны и векторные БД, добиваться эффективной наблюдаемости и безопасной эксплуатации.

Qualifikationen

• Несколько лет опыта DevSecOps или platform engineering в продуктивных средах.
• Отличное знание Kubernetes, Python и Infrastructure as Code, включая Terraform и Ansible.

Aufgaben

• Проектирование, автоматизация и эксплуатация AI-платформ с Kubernetes, IaC и GitOps, включая сеть, безопасность и CI/CD.
• Интеграция и настройка компонентов AI: LLM serving, RAG-пайплайны и векторные БД.
• Оптимизация производительности платформ и затрат.
• Обеспечение наблюдаемости в продукционных средах (мониторинг, логирование, трассировка).
• Контроль безопасности: управление секретами, сертификаты, SSO/IAM и жесткость.
• Командная работа с DevOps, архитекторами и AI-командами, принятие технологических решений.
• Разработка управляемого сервиса для операций платформы, включая SLIs/SLOs, дежурства и инцидентные процессы.

• Design, automate, and operate AI platforms with Kubernetes, IaC, and GitOps, covering networking, security, and CI/CD;
• Integrate and configure AI components such as LLM serving, RAG pipelines, and vector databases;
• Optimize platform performance and costs;
• Own observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing in productive environments;
• Ensure security through secrets management, certificates, SSO/IAM, and hardening;
• Collaborate with DevOps, architects, and AI teams and make technology decisions about platform components;
• Build and further develop a managed service for platform operations, including SLIs/SLOs, on-call, and incident processes.

Требования:

• Several years of DevSecOps or platform engineering experience in productive environments;
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, and Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools;
• Experience operating distributed systems with multi-service orchestration, observability, and security hardening;
• Initial or advanced experience with AI platform components, including LLM inference, RAG, vector databases, and frameworks such as Langchain, Pydantic, and FastAPI;
• Motivation to actively shape sovereign AI platforms and learn new technologies quickly;
• German and English at least C1.
