Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering, automation, or agentic system development, with a focus on creating intelligent, autonomous solutions.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in AI, Computer Science, or a closely related field, with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence and system engineering.
• Deep expertise in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and autonomous AI frameworks, with a proven track record of applying these technologies to real-world challenges.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other leading AI / ML development tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven decision-making systems, including the development of chatbots and autonomous workflow automation.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI agents, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems, applying cutting-edge innovations to improve agent capabilities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for agentic systems, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and robustness before deployment.
