Description

The Sprinklr Platform Architect plays a key role in crafting and executing robust implementations for enterprise-grade clients, utilizing Sprinklr's suite of products and services. This pivotal role involves suggesting optimal solutions based on specific requirements and articulating the trade-offs involved. As a trusted advisor, the Platform Architect owns the end-to-end process, ensuring seamless and successful implementation of Sprinklr solutions for clients.

Overview

The Platform Architect provides technical advisory support, helping clients establish a strong technical foundation within the Sprinklr Platform. They design solutions aligned with business outcomes, promoting best practices in instance strategy, technical governance, data management, integrations, and platform health.

In this consultative role, the Platform Architect guides Sprinklr consultants, partner consultants, and customer resources, acting as a liaison among stakeholders, including executives, platform owners, and development teams. They are involved throughout sales, structuring, and implementation phases.

The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience, such as enterprise architect or principal consultant, with a successful track record in technology consulting focused on strategy, governance, data, and solution design. They should be capable of evolving into a trusted advisor for senior executives, facilitating customer outcomes through architecture design, business process design, technology road mapping, and implementation strategies.

As a Sprinklr Platform Architect, you will build strong relationships with technical and business leaders, understand client visions, and integrate Sprinklr into their digital transformation. You will translate business objectives into technical solutions and create customer roadmaps and architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design and Implementation : Guide customers through solution design and manage technical decision points; define solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities; identify and design integrations with third-party systems.
2. Sales Engagement : Support sales by reviewing solution designs, implementation strategies, scope, and effort estimates, and refining proposals.
3. Enterprise Architecture : Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints; engage with enterprise architects; establish technical governance processes.
4. Instance Health and Configuration : Ensure platform health by reviewing and guiding configuration remediations aligned with best practices.
5. Delivery Operating Model Governance : Collaborate to establish governance processes for successful go-lives, adoption, and support.
6. Thought Leadership and Advocacy : Promote best practices, develop methodologies, and contribute to thought leadership through white papers and co-delivery with partners.

Qualifications :

1. Consulting and Architecture Experience : 8+ years in technology consulting, with experience in enterprise systems, certifications (e.g., Togaf, IT4IT, CCIE), and background in telephony, network, database, security, and integrations.
2. Large Program Experience : 10+ years leading architecture and design in large programs, working with business leaders to develop roadmaps and requirements.
3. Cloud Application Technology Experience : Expert understanding of call center tech stacks, communication platforms, workflow platforms, and customer experience systems; knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, data sharing, authentication, and scalability considerations.
